If I am an in-network provider with your health insurance company, I submit claims to it directly, however you will still be responsible for any deductibles, co-pays, or co-insurance at the time of your visit. I accept cash, checks, PayPal, Zelle, and Visa/MasterCard debit, credit, and health savings account cards as payment.
My standard rates for services are comparable to those of similarly qualified clinicians in the area, and payment is due at the time of service:
- Initial Comprehensive Assessment (60 minutes): $150
- Return Therapy Sessions (60 minutes): $150
- Court Appearances: $150 per hour, including travel time
- No Show Appointment Charge: $50*
- Late Cancellation Charge: $30*
- Returned Check Fee: $30*
- Phone Calls over 10 Minutes: $25 per 15 minutes*

For self-pay clients with accounts in good standing, when payment is made at the time of service, a discount applies for initial and return therapy sessions:
- Initial Comprehensive Assessment (60 minutes): $100
- Return Therapy Sessions (60 minutes): $100
This discount reflects reduced administrative time and expenses in billing and invoicing. If you are a self-pay client who is submitting receipts to a third party insurance company or health savings plan, I can provide “superbills” upon request.
