If I am an in-network provider with your health insurance company, I submit claims to it directly, however you will still be responsible for any deductibles, co-pays, or co-insurance at the time of your visit. I accept cash, checks, PayPal, and Visa/MasterCard/Discover debit, credit, and health savings account cards as payment.

- First Choice of Select Health Medicaid (and also the dual Medicare-Medicaid Plan)
- Molina Healthcare Medicaid (and also their dual Medicare-Medicaid Plan)
- Absolute Total Care Medicaid (sometimes called Cenpatico)
- Blue Cross and Blue Shield (including State Health Plan and PAI)
- United Healthcare
- Tricare East (sometimes called Humana Military)
- Medicare Part B (sometimes called Regular or Standard Medicare or FFS Medicare)
I have contracts pending with other insurance companies at this time, so please contact me directly for the most up-to-date information.
My standard rates for services are comparable to those of similarly qualified clinicians in the area, and payment is due at the time of service:
- Initial Comprehensive Assessment (60 minutes): $155
- Return Therapy Sessions (60 minutes): $115
- Court Appearances: $115 per hour, including travel time
- No Show Appointment Charge: $50*
- Late Cancellation Charge: $20*
- Returned Check Fee: $30*
- Phone Calls over 10 Minutes: $25 per 15 minutes*

For self-pay clients with accounts in good standing, when payment is made at the time of service, a discount applies for initial and return therapy sessions:
- Initial Comprehensive Assessment (60 minutes): $80
- Return Therapy Sessions (60 minutes): $80
This discount reflects reduced administrative time and expenses in billing and invoicing. If you are a self-pay client who is submitting receipts to a third party insurance company or health savings plan, I can provide “superbills” upon request.
